 Fine Dry Breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Egg1
 Cream of mushroom1 Ounce, canned
 Water - 2 to 4 tablespoons
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Salt1 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Combine the beef, breadcrumbs and salt
2) Using the hands shape into 16 meatballs
MAKING
3) Into a skillet, fry the meatballs, draining off the excess fat
4) Mix the soup, water and chopped parsley
5) Cover the saucepan and cook over low heat for 20 minutes

SERVING
6) Serve the meat balls with hot white rice
