Many Way Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed Cheddar cheese, cream of celery or mushroom, golden mushroom, tomato or vegetable soup
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions
Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, and salt; shape into 16 meatballs.
In skillet, brown meatballs; pour off fat.
Stir in soup, water, and parsley.
Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes; stir now and then.
