MANS KI KADHI Recipe

| Yoghurt | 400 Gram | |
| Besan | 50 Gram | |
| RED CHILLI PWD 5 GMS | ||
| Turmeric | 3 Gram | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Green chilli | 1 | |
| Coriander seed | 10 Gram | |

PREPARATION:
THE LAMB:CLEAN, DEBONE AND CUT INTO 1”BOTI.
THE CUMIN;BROIL AND PWD HALF THE SEEDS
THE YOGHURT;WHISK ADD THE BESAN,TURMERIC ,REDCHIILI.PWD,MIX WATER AND WHISKWASH AND CHOP GREEN CHILLIES ,CORIANDER SEED.
COOKING:HEAT GHEE ,ADD CUMIN SEEDS,HING,ADD THE LAMB ,BHUNNO, ADD THE OINON PASTE, BHUNNO.THEN ADD WATERCOOK UNTIL MEAT IS TENDER.NOW ADD THE YOGHURT MIX,BRING TO BOIL ,REDUCE THE HEATCOOK TILL THE GRAVY IS THICK,ADD CUMIN PWDAND GREEN CHILLIES. ADJUST SEASONING
