Manicotti With Butterscotch Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Butterscotch chips package | 1 | |
| Sweetened condensed milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tablespoon milk or half and half | ||
| Vanilla Ice Cream scoop | 6 , softened | |
| 6 Sweet Dessert Manicotti | ||
| Whipped cream for garnish | ||
| Toasted slivered almond for garnish | ||
Directions
In a double boiler or a small pan inside a larger pan, melt butterscotch chips over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Stir in sweetened condensed milk and milk or half and half.
Heat and stir milk mixture; do not boil.
Set aside to cool.
Spread 1 scoop of ice cream over each Dessert Manicotti.
Roll up jelly-roll fashion.
Place seam-side down on a small platter.
Freeze until set, 30 minutes.
Serve with butterscotch sauce.
