Ingredients

 
8 ounces uncooked Manicotti shells,
 
8 ounces mozzarella cheese,shredded
 
15 ounces ricotta cheese,drained
 
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1/4 teaspoon pepper
 
spaghetti sauce

Directions

Cook Manicotti as per the directions on the pack,drain it out from the water once cooked,spread out Manicotti on a wax paper so that it doesn't stick together.Mix together cheese,salt,parsley & pepper.Make a layer of sauce in the baking dish,fill the cooked Manicotti make a layer of the cheese mix & arrange it over the sauce in the baking dish.
Seal with aluminum foil & bake for 40-45 mintues.Uncover & bake for next 10 minutes.
