Manicotti Parmesan Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups small curd cottage cheese | ||
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Italian seasoning | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 8 manicotti macaroni, cooked | ||
| 3 cups Sauce Italian | ||
| Shredded mozzarella cheese package | 2 | |
Directions
Mix together cottage cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley and spices.
Stuff manicotti with cheese mixture.
Arrange manicotti in a 12x8x2 inch glass baking dish.
Pour sauce over top.Cover dish with plastic wrap.
Microwave 25 to 30 minutes [ROASTS 30 to 45 minutes].
Give dish a 1/4 turn twice during cooking.
Uncover, sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top and microwave 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese softens.
