Mangoade Recipe
Ingredients
| Ripe mangoes- 2 | ||
| Sugar | 2 Ounce | |
| Rind of large orange- 1, grated | ||
| Lime juice | 1/3 Pint | |
| Orange juice | 2/3 Pint | |
| Water | 2/3 Pint | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a saucepan, combine the water, orange rind and sugar, heat untl the sugar has dissolved
2. In a blender, place the mangoes and puree the soft flesh, also stir in orange and lime juice and blend properly
3. In a bowl, pour the syrup and the fruit mixture together, chill it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
SERVING
4. Serve in long glasses over cracked ice
