Mango Shake Recipe

It doesn't take a gourmet to judge how appetizing and flavorful this Mango Shake is. Tell me how you enjoyed my Mango Shake. Feedback keeps me going and helps to experiment more.

Ingredients

 
1/2 very ripe small mango, pared and pitted
 
1/2 cup low-fat milk (2% milk fat)
 
1 tablespoon lemon juice
 
2 ice cubes
 
1/4 cup thawed frozen dairy whipped topping
 
Garnish:
 
Mint sprigs

Directions

Chill two 8-ounce glasses.
In blender container combine mango, milk, and lemon juice and process until smooth; with motor running add ice cubes, 1 at a time, processing after each addition until all ice is dissolved.
Add whipped topping and process just to combine.
Pour half of mixture into each chilled glass, garnish, and serve immediately.
