Recipe Story

A healthy snack at ± 10.30 am and at ± 3.30 pm helps you stop cravings, avoid over-eating and eating too fast. When you are too hungry, you eat too fast, and your stomach sents a message to your brain that you are full. Thus: snack, don't eat too fast and enjoy.

Ingredients

 
2 tomatoes, chopped
 
1 mango, cut into small cubes
 
1 small onion, chopped finely
 
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
 
2 tablespoons Tabasco® spicy Bloody Mary mix
 
pinch of sea salt (see next months newsletter about my trip to Portugal and the purest sea salt)
 
pint of black pepper

Directions

Chop all ingredients, mix, chill for ± 30 minutes in refrigerator and enjoy.
