Mango Salsa Recipe
Serve this delicious salsa with some tortilla chips as a snack, or as a side dish for a White Fish Stir-fry

Ingredients
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 mango, cut into small cubes
1 small onion, chopped finely
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons Tabasco® spicy Bloody Mary mix
pinch of sea salt (see next months newsletter about my trip to Portugal and the purest sea salt)
pint of black pepper
Directions
Chop all ingredients, mix, chill for ± 30 minutes in refrigerator and enjoy.
