Mango Orange Mahi-Mahi Recipe
Ingredients
3 c mangos, chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 T fresh parsley, firjely minced
3 T orange juice
4 6-7 oz. Mahi mahi fillets nonfat cooking spray
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the man gos, onions, parsley and orange juice.
Refrigerate.
Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the mahi-mahi for 3-5 min utes, or until fish flakes easily.
Divide the mango salsa into 4 equal portions and serve on top of the fish.
