Ingredients

 Mango slices3 , peeled and pitted
 Yogurt4 Tablespoon
 Honey1 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Pinch
 Ice2 , crushed

Directions

MAKING
1 In a blender jar, combine all the ingredients.
2 You can add a pinch of salt (optional) to enhance the flavor.
3 Blend all the ingredients for a minute or until smooth.
4 If the lassi is too thick you can dilute it by adding some water or milk.
5 Pour the lassi into serving glasses.

SERVING
6 Serve chilled.

I have had mango lassi from the typical punjabi dhabbas and I feel that the choice of honey for sugar has been a wise decision, for it gives the lassi a truely awesome flavor and yes, improves its consistency too!

Thank you so much! I always wondered why I needed more sweetener--I did not dilute the yogurt with the crushed ice. I will now spread my yogurt and mangos out farther.
