Mango Chutney With Almonds Recipe

Ingredients
| Half ripe mangoes | 3 Pound | |
| Ground ginger | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Bruised mustard seed | 2 Ounce | |
| Chopped almonds | 2 Ounce | |
| Dried chilies | 1⁄2 Ounce | |
| Vinegar | 1 Pint | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (20 gm) | |
| Sugar | 54 Pound | |
| Dried peaches | 1⁄2 Pound |
Directions
Peel and slice the mangoes.
Sprinkle with 1/2 tspn salt and put in the sun to dry a little.
Soak peaches for two hours and chop finely.
Mix all the ingredients and boil until thick.
Allow to cool, then bottle.
