Ingredients

 Half ripe mangoes3 Pound
 Ground ginger1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Bruised mustard seed2 Ounce
 Chopped almonds2 Ounce
 Dried chilies1⁄2 Ounce
 Vinegar1 Pint
 Garlic4 Clove (20 gm)
 Sugar54 Pound
 Dried peaches1⁄2 Pound

Directions

Peel and slice the mangoes.
Sprinkle with 1/2 tspn salt and put in the sun to dry a little.
Soak peaches for two hours and chop finely.
Mix all the ingredients and boil until thick.
Allow to cool, then bottle.
