1 cup water
1/3 cup white sugar
1 Tbs peeled fresh ginger sliced
3 Tbs chopped fresh mint
1 mango, peeled and cut into bite size chunks (about 2 cups)
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries, cut up
Directions
Heat water and sugar to dissolve sugar, add ginger
bring to a boil, lower heat and let simmer 5 mins
Remove from heat and add mint. Let steep until cool.
