Mango Yogurt Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| Boiling water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Orange | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Plain low-fat yogurt - 1 cup | ||
| Ripe mangoes - 3 , pureed (about 1 1/2 cups) | ||
| Graham cracker crumbs | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1 In a bowl, dissolve gelatin thoroughly in boiling water.
2 Stir in honey.
3 Blend in all the other ingredients except the cracker crumbs.
4 Equally divide among 4 dessert dishes.
5 Sprinkle each with 1/2 tablespoon cracker crumbs.
6 Place in the refrigerator chill.
SERVING
7 Serve chilled.
