 Boiling water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Honey2 Tablespoon
 Orange1 Teaspoon
 Plain low-fat yogurt - 1 cup
 Ripe mangoes - 3 , pureed (about 1 1/2 cups)
 Graham cracker crumbs2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, dissolve gelatin thoroughly in boiling water.
2 Stir in honey.
3 Blend in all the other ingredients except the cracker crumbs.
4 Equally divide among 4 dessert dishes.
5 Sprinkle each with 1/2 tablespoon cracker crumbs.
6 Place in the refrigerator chill.

SERVING
7 Serve chilled.
