Mango Yogurt in Indian Style Recipe Video
With Mango season in boom, this is one of the simplest and quickest dessert to make. Yummy Mango shrikhand is ready at the click of finger!
Ingredients
Alphonso Mango - 2, ripe
Sugar - 1/3 cup
Milk - 1 tablespoon
Cream Cheese - 8 ounces
Saffron strands - a pinch
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Charoli / Chironji for garnish
Directions
GETTING READY
1)Take milk in a microwave safe bowl, add saffron, mix and microwave for 30 seconds. This way all saffron extract will get dissolved in warm milk.
2) Take 2 alphonso mangoes, peel the skin off and cut them in to small chinks.
3)Keep the cream cheese at room temperature for 1 hour and then cut that in small chunks.
MAKING
4) Now put mango bites, cream cheese and sugar into the blender and blend to make a smoothie.
5) Take out amrakhand in serving bowl, add cardamom powder, mix well.
SERVING
6) Garnish with charoli and serve with hot Pooris!
