Ingredients

 1-2 mangos, peeled and diced; start with 1, but 2 is better, ripe but not too soft
 Red onion1/2 Large, diced
 Apple cider vinegar, not so much as to make the recipe too liquid
 1/4 bunch cilantro, remove and chop leaves only
 Brown sugar2 Tablespoon
 1-2 Habanera peppers, finely chopped, depending on the size and the amount of heat you like (wear gloves or be sure to wash hands completely)

Directions

Mix ingredients, taste, adjust to your preference and enjoy! The flavors of onion and mango are amazing together.
You decide how much of each ingredient depending on what you like.
You be the Iron Chef! This can be a chunky salsa depending on how fine you dice the mango and onion.
This is great on ham or chicken or just with chips.
