Ingredients

 Mangos2 Medium, peeled
 Red onion1 Medium, diced
 Sweet red pepper1 Small, diced
 Cucumber1 Medium, peeled
 2 teaspoons Tortuga Hell-Fire Hot Pepper Sauce
 OR 1/4 fresh minced Scotch bonnet, seeded, deveined & minced fine
 Seasoned salt1 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper1 Teaspoon
 Lime juice2 Tablespoon
 2 tablespoons Tortuga Gold Rum
 Cilantro2 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl with a cover & stir well. Refrigerate for several hours to let flavors blend. Will keep covered for 3-4 days.
