Mango Rum Pepper Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
| Mangos | 2 Medium, peeled | |
| Red onion | 1 Medium, diced | |
| Sweet red pepper | 1 Small, diced | |
| Cucumber | 1 Medium, peeled | |
| 2 teaspoons Tortuga Hell-Fire Hot Pepper Sauce | ||
| OR 1/4 fresh minced Scotch bonnet, seeded, deveined & minced fine | ||
| Seasoned salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons Tortuga Gold Rum | ||
| Cilantro | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl with a cover & stir well. Refrigerate for several hours to let flavors blend. Will keep covered for 3-4 days.
