Ingredients

 Refined flour115 Gram (For 8)
 Fat30 Gram (For 8)
 Mango pulp 55 - 85 gm.
 Sugar1 Teaspoon (For 8)
 Frying Oil2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying)

Directions

1. Sift flour. Rub in fat.
2. Add mango pulp and make a stiff dough.
3. Divide into equal portions and roll into thin puris.
4. Deep fry. Remove and sprinkle over with sugar.
