Mango Pudding Recipe
The Mango Pudding is a yummy fruit dessert that is simply out of the world. This yummy dessert is my husbands favorite and so I prepare it almost every alternate weekend! Try the Mango Pudding for yourself!
Ingredients
1/4 oz. agar agar
2 cups warm water
4 cups water
1 large fresh mango
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk
Maraschino cherries
Directions
Soak agar agar stick in a medium bowl with 2 cups warm water 30 minutes.
Transfer agar agar and water to a large saucepan.
Add 4 cups water.
Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook until agar agar is completly dissolved.
Peel mango and chop into small pieces.
Remove saucepan from heat and add sugar, milk and chopped mango.
Stir until sugar is totally dissolved.
Pour into a 12" x 8" cake pan.
Let stand until cool.
Refrigerate until pudding is firm, about 15 minutes.
Cut into diamond shapes.
Garnish with maraschino cherries.
