 1/2 cup butter or solid shortening
 Granulated Sugar3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Eggs2
 All purpose flour2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
 Baking soda1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Raw mango2/3 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Lime juice1 Tablespoon
 Nuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

Cream butter and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Add eggs.
Stir in flour, baking soda and salt.
Add mango and lime juice.
Mix well.
Stir in nuts.
Turn into a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
Bake in a 375°F oven 1 hour, or until done.
Do not cut bread until the next day.
