 Collard green1 Large
For sauce
 Mango1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Chives1 Teaspoon, chopped
 Basil leaves2 Large

 Medjool date1 , pitted

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cut and slice all the vegetables for filling.
2. Wash collard leaf and cut the stem.

MAKING
3. For making sauce – in a blender, combine mango, chives, basil, sage and medjool date. Add tahini and blend it well.
4. In a bowl, pour the sauce.
5. For making the wrap – on the collard leaf, spread mango sauce.
6. On the leaf, place romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper.
7. Now, carefully roll the collard leaf and stick the wrap together with toothpick.

SERVING
8. Cut the wrap in halves and serve with the mango tahini sauce on side.
