Mango Lime Ice Recipe

Bring to a boil; cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Boil 3 minutes without stirring.
Remove from heat, and let cool slightly.
Combine sugar mixture, mango, lime juice, and ganger, stirring well with a wire whisk.
Spoon mango mixture into an 11x7x1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Cover and freeze until firm.
Remove from freezer, and let stand 15 minutes.
Transfer mixture in batches to container of an electric blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth.
Scoop ice into individual dessert bowls.
