Mango Lassi Recipe Video
Mango Lassi is very popular non-alcoholic and all natural beverage in India and South Asia. A mango lassi is something like a milkshake, but made with yogurt instead of milk. It can be made easily at home. Lassi is a rich source of Vitamin A, B and C.
Ingredients
1 Cup Thick Yogurt
3/4 Cup Mango Pulp
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Tbps Sugar (optional)
Directions
Put all the ingredients into a blender / food processor and blend for 2 mins.
Then pour the contents in individual glasses and serve chilled. If desired top with little pulp or chiopped pistachios. Feel free to try salt and cardamom seeds.
