MAKING
1. Into a large mixing bowl, add the mango pulp, condensed milk, pineapple puree, heavy cream, cardamom powder and the ground pistachios. Mix everything well.
2. Pour the mixture into the Popsicle maker, place the lid on and freeze it for a couple of hours.
3. When done place the Popsicle maker in water so that it is easy to remove the kulfis without breaking or damaging them.

SERVING
4. Serve chilled.
