|Cooked chicken breast||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
|Mango and curry sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Green onions||4 Medium, sliced|
|Apples||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped|

|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon (or to taste)|

1.In a large mixing bowl combine chicken, green onions, apples and celery.
2.In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, mango & curry Sauce, curry, salt and pepper, mix well.
3.Combine mayonnaise dressing with chicken mixture thoroughly and chill.
4.Adjust the seasoning if required.
5.Serve in a bed of lettuce sprinkled with some nuts on top.
