Mango Cooler Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb. mango
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp rum flavoring
1 tsp granulated fructose or 6 env. aspartame sweetener
3 cup cracked ice
Directions
Peel, pit, and chop mango.
Place mango pieces in a blender and process to a puree.
Add lemon juice, rum flavoring, and sweetener of your choice.
Then add the cracked ice and blend until smooth.
Pour into chilled glasses.
