Mango Cold Cake Recipe
Mango Cold Cake is a deliciously unique cake that requires very little effort, no baking and can be made in no time. You will enjoy the sweet and tangy taste of the fruit dessert and the exquisite smoothness of the Mango Cold cake is addictive.

Ingredients
| Castor Sugar - 5 Tbsp | ||
| Milk powder | 5 Tablespoon (FOR BASE:) | |
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon (FOR BASE:) | |
| Warm water | 4 Tablespoon (FOR BASE:) | |
| Marie biscuits - 200gms | ||
| Cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (FOR TOPPING) | |
| Mango | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (FOR TOPPING) | |
| Mango Pulp - 1 cup | ||
| Castor Sugar - 3/4 Cup | ||
| Mango Essence - 1 tsp (Optional) | ||
| Mango Juice - 1/2 cup + 6 tsp | ||
| Gelatin | 2 Teaspoon (FOR TOPPING) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon (FOR TOPPING) | |
Directions
1. Soak 2 tsp Gelatin in 6 tsp mango juice and keep aside
2. Make small pieces of Marie biscuits
3. Beat sugar and butter together and then add the milk powder and mix well.
4. Combine the milk mixture and biscuits then add warm water.
5. Set in prepared tin and put in the refrigerator to set
6. Beat cream along with rest of the Castor sugar till fluffy
7. Add Mango Juice, Lemon Juice, Mango Pulp and essence(optional) and mix well. Then add prepared Gelatin.
8. Pour it over the refrigerated base and chill in the freezer till set.
9. Arrange chopped mango over the Mango Cold Cake decoratively and pipe in some cream to make it look and taste better.:-)
