Ingredients

 Cider vinegar1
 Brown sugar3 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed
 Onions - 2, medium-size, chopped
 Lemon1
 Instant Minced Garlic - 1/8 teaspoon
 Seedless raisins or currants - 1 1/2 cups
 Cayenne1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Mustard seed1 Tablespoon
 Crystallized ginger4 Ounce, thinly sliced
 Tomatoes6
 Green pepper1 To taste
 Whole Cloves6
 Nutmeg1/4 Teaspoon
 Apples - 6 medium-size, peeled, cored and sliced
 Mangoes4 Large, peeled

Directions

MAKING
1) In a large kettle, mix all ingredients, except apples and mangoes.
2) Cook the syrup for 1 hour.
3) Stir in apples and mangoes. Cook will the fruits ate soft.
4) Transfer into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/2-inch head space.
5) Seal immediately.

SERVING
6) Serve as desired.
