Ingredients
| Cider vinegar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic clove | 1 , minced | |
| Jalapeno pepper | 2 , slices, deseeded and chopped | |
| Ginger | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), peeled and chopped | |
| Sugar | 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) | |
| Mango | 6 Cup (96 tbs), diced | |
| Golden raisin | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) |

Directions
1. In a saucepan, heat cider vinegar, add garlic, jalapenos ginger and sugar, stir to mix and allow to cook for 5 minutes until the sugar melts.
2. Add in the raisins and mango, and allow to cook for 30 minutes.
3. Take the pan off the heat and allow to cool.
SERVING
4. Serve as desired.
