Mangalorean Red Chili And Coconut Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
| Coconut | 1/2 , grated | |
| Red chillies | 4 | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| 3 tbsps. tamarind pulp | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Mustard seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Urad dal | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 red chillies for seasoning | ||
| Ghee | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Grind together grated coconut, red chillies, garlic, tamarind pulp and salt to a paste.
2. Heat ghee, fry red chillies, urad dal and mustard seeds for 1-2 minutes and pour over the chutney. Chill and serve.
