Mandoo Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 pound ground round steak
2 tablespoons kim chee drained, squeezed dry and chopped
1 tablespoon minced green onion
1/2 teaspoon finely minced ginger root
1 teaspoon lightly toasted sesame seeds
1/8 teaspoon each black pepper, paprika and sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Wonton Skins
Directions
Mix together all ingredients, except skins.
Fill skins and cook in boiling salted water 5 minutes or until they rise to the surface.
