Mandlen Passover Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Kosher salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cake Meal - 1/2 cup | ||
| Potato flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Fat for Deep Frying | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Using a beater, mix together the eggs and salt
2) Add in the cake meal and potato flour and mix well
3) Heat the fat in a large frying pan to 380 F
4) In the frying pan, drop spoonfuls of the mixture and fry till browned
5) Drain onto absorbent kitchen paper
SERVING
6) Serve the fried mandlen hot
