Mandarin Orange Souffle Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 sm. packages orange gelatin | ||
| Orange juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 pt. orange sherbet | ||
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mandarin oranges | 2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Crushed pineapple | 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Flaked coconut | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup hot water; add orange juice.
Cool slightly.
Stir in sherbet and sour cream; chill until slightly thickened.
Add fruits and 1/2 cup coconut.
Pour into 2-quart mold or 12 individual molds; sprinkle remaining coconut on top.
Chill until set.
