Mandarin Fruit Recipe
Ingredients
2 11 ounce cans mandarin oranges
1 1 pound 4 ounce can lychees (available in Oriental food stores)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 slices ginger root
Directions
Combine oranges and lychees with the syrup from both.
Add lemon juice and the slices of ginger.
Chill for a few hours before serving and remove slices of ginger root.
