Ingredients
| 2 small cans mandarin oranges | ||
| Apricot jam | 3 Tablespoon, sieved | |
| Heavy cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Candy orange slices | ||
| 6 warm dessert crepes | ||
Directions
Drain mandarin oranges; mix them with jam.
Lightly whip the cream until thick but not buttery.
Place in a pastry bag with small star nozzle.
Spoon mandarin mixture into the center of each crepe and roll up.
Pipe a line of cream on each pancake and decorate with candy orange slices.
