Mandarin Combination Recipe
Mandarin Combination is a unique dish that that is perfect for a dinner party. I made this for my husband's colleagues and they loved it! Try the Mandarin Combination for yourself!
Ingredients
2 tablespoons oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 green pepper, cut into 1/4 X 1 inch strips
1/4 pound cooked pork or chicken, shredded
2 cups cold, boiled rice
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 pound whole shrimp, cooked
1 cucumber, sliced lengthwise, unpeeled
2 egg omelette, cut into 1/2 inch strips
Directions
Heat the oil in the wok and add onion, garlic, and green pepper.
Stirfry 1 to 2 minutes.
Add cooked meat and stirfry 1 to 2 minutes.
Add rice, soy sauce, and shrimp.
Continue to stir-fry until all ingredients are thoroughly heated.
Cut the lengthwise cucumber slices crosswise every 1/4 inch but not all the way through.
They will hang together like a comb.
Insert them here and there in the dish.
Garnish with strips of egg omelette.
