Ingredients
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Apple Juice | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2/3 cup canned mandarin orange juice | ||
| White wine | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Thinly pared rind of 1/2 lemon | ||
| Thinly pared rind of 1/2 orange | ||
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cloves | 4 | |
| Cinnamon stick | 1 | |
| Mandarin oranges | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a pan, add orange, apple and mandarin orange juices and cring them to a boil
2. Add white wine, orange rinds, cloves, pared lemon, sugar and cinnamon stick and heat over a medium flame for five minutes, do not boil
3. Add the mandarins in and heat again; remove the cloves and cinnamon stick
SERVING
4. Add it to a punch bowl and serve hot
