Directions

In a small bowl, mix first 4 ingredients to a smooth sauce.
Set aside.
In a wok, heat 1 tbsp (15 mL) oil.
Stir fry celery 1 minute.
Add bell pepper.
Stir fry 1 more minute.
Add 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter.
Once butter has melted, fold in mushrooms, snow peas and shallots.
Stir fry 1 minute.
Remove vegetables from wok.
Set aside.
To vegetable cooking fat, add remaining oil.
Stir fry pork and garlic 6 minutes.
Fold in vegetables, mandarin oranges and sauce.
Reheat 1 minute.
