1 pkg. (3 oz.) orange-flavored gelatin
 
1 cup boiling liquid (water or fruit juice)
 
1/2 pt. orange sherbet
 
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling liquid.
Immediately add orange sherbet and stir until melted.
Pour into individual ring molds and chill until firm.
Unmold on lettuce leaf and fill center with chilled orange slices.
Top with maraschino cherry.
