Mandarin Chicken Dinner Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Millet | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green onions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Cooked chicken | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Water chestnuts | 1 8 Ounce, drained | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Mandarin orange | 1 10 1/2 Ounce, drained |
Directions
In a large saucepan combine water, celery, millet, and green onions.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or till liquid is absorbed.
Stir chicken, water chestnuts, and soy sauce into the millet mixture; heat through.
Gently fold in orange sections.
