GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Grease a 10 inch tube pan with cooking spray.

MAKING
2. In the bowl of an electric mixer, add butter and cream it. Gradually add sugar and beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Put eggs, one at a time, beat well after each addition. Add in the flour and mix well.
4. Stir in lemon and almond extracts. Pour in the whipping cream and beat well until smooth.
5. Pour batter into the pan and level it using the spatula.

7. Remove from the oven and let it cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely.
