Wait until it gets reduced to half of its quantity.
Roast the suji or rava till it turns light brown in color.
Add it to the boiled milk along with the maida and take care that no lumps are formed.
Stir so thoroughly that the batter has a smooth pouring consistency.
Next take a glass and pour the batter in it.
Take a pan and heat the ghee in it.
Now, into the heated ghee pour the batter in circular movements so that a small pancake is formed.
Roll it over.
But be careful that the pancake does not become hard and crunchy.
Prepare the sugar syrup having single thread consistency.
Immerse the pan cake or the malpua in the syrup.
Delicious Malpua is ready to be laid out on a plate and served!
