Mallowed Sweet Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled | ||
| Packed brown sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup tiny marshmallows | ||
Directions
Cut sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch thick slices; place in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with sugar and salt; dot with butter.
Bake, uncovered, at 375° till glazed, about 25 minutes.
Top with marshmallows; bake till marsh-mallows are lightly browned, about 5 minutes more.
