Ingredients
Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup
Paneer - 250 gm
Kewra essence - 2-3 drops
Yellow food colour - 4-5 drops
Elaichi - 2
Silver leaf - 1
Directions
MAKING
1 In a bowl, mash the paneer well.
2 In a pan, combine the mashed paneer with condensed milk.
3 Cook on low heat, stirring constantly.
4 Simmer until the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
5 Stir in the color and essence.
6 Remove from the heat.
7 Mix well and pour the mixture in a flat dish or plate.
8 Allow to cool.
9 Make even sized laddoos with the mixture by carefully rolling between your hands.
SERVING
10 Serve sprinkled with elaichi powder and decorated with silver leaf.
