Malai Kabab. Recipe
It is additional dish for any menu. It like by every age group. It also use as a snakes.

Ingredients
kabab.
(1) – Minced meat ( Qeema of Beef, Mutton or Chicken).
(2) - Ginger- Garlic paste 1 tbs.
(3) - Red chilli powder 1 tbsp.
(4) - Garam masala powder 1 ½ tbsp.
(5) - Paste of row papaya or any meat tenderizer 2 tbsp.
(6) - Coriander leaves chopped ¼ cup.
(7) - Chopped mint leaves ¼ cup.
(8) - Green chilies chopped 6-8.
(9) - Bread ( Loaf) 4 slices.
(10) – Eggs 2 .( For coating the Kababs).
(11) – Fresh cream ½ cup.
(12) - Oil for frying.
(13) - Salt to taste.
(14) - Sliced onion for garnishing.
(15) - Milk 1 cup.
Directions
First soak the bread slices in a cup of milk for 10-12 min.
Rinse the additional milk from bread, and mash it.
Mix all ingredients accept eggs, and mashed bread in mince in bowl.
Add fresh cream in the mixture. Prepare oval shaped kababs.
Kbabas set with shewkers. Heat up oil in a pan( karahi).
Dip the kabas in beaten eggs and fry the kabas on medium flame, till golden brown.
Serve it garnish with sliced onions.

Yea,
Sbigdha it is also similar to Seekh kabab,but taste is so yammy than seekh kabab.
