Malai Prawn Curry Recipe
Ingredients
| Prawns | 500 Gram (For 4) | |
| Onions | 115 Gram (For 4) | |
| Ginger a small piece | ||
| Turmeric powder | 1/4 Teaspoon (For 4) | |
| Cardamom powder | 1 Teaspoon (For 4) | |
| Cloves powder | 1 Teaspoon (For 4) | |
| Cinnmon roast and powder 1 tsp. | ||
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon (For 4) | |
| Coconut | 1/2 (For 4) | |
| Black treacle 1 tbsp. | ||
| Salt a pinch | ||
| Oil | 50 Milliliter (For 4) | |
Directions
1.. Shell prawns. Remove intestines and wash well.
2. Season and fry prawns, set aside.
3. Grind together half the onions and ginger to a fine paste. Slice the remaining onions.
4. Grate coconut and extract coconut milk.
5. Roast and powder garam masala.
6. Heat oil, fry the sliced onions. Add ground ingredients and turmeric and fry. Add garam masala, coconut milk, salt,sugar, treacle and prawns. Cook till prawns are done.
