Malai Meat Recipe
Malai Meat has a fine taste. Malai Meat gets its taste from mutton mixed with yoghurt and cream and flavored with spices. Malai Meat is adored by meat consumers.

| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Yoghurt | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Thick cream | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Nutmeg powder | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Green cardamom powder 1/2 tbsp | ||
| Ginger paste | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic paste | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Garam masala | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Coriander leaves | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onions | 2 | |
| Cumin seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |

Directions
Wash and clean the lamb thoroughly.
In a blender, blend the onions, garlic and ginger and form a smooth paste.
To the paste add the shredded coconut, almonds, chopped coriander, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumi seeds, chilly powder, lemon juice, yoghurt and tomato puree and mix well.
Prick the mutton and insert cloves in it.
Spread the paste evenly over the meat.
Marinate for 4-5 hours.
In a roasting dish, place the marinated meat and sprinkle the raisins on top.
Cook in a pre heated oven until meat becomes very tender.
