Ingredients

 
Creamy milk -2 1/2 cups
 
Green cardamom powder -1/2 teaspoon
 
Almonds -1 tablespoon, flaked, crushed
 
Chironji nuts-1 tablespoon, chopped
 
Sugar -1/2 cup
 
Dash of salt
 
Dash of saffron strands,
 
Rose water-2 teaspoons
 
Light cream-2 (4 fluid ounces) cartons

Directions

MAKING
1)In a saucepan, add milk and boil on low heat until reduced to half.
2)Turn off heat and stir in the remaining ingredients one at a time. Cream being last.
3)Mix nicely and allow it to cool.
4)Pour the mixture into kulfi molds and freeze until set.

SERVING
5)Serve the malai kulfi with faluda.
