Ever tried your hands on fresh sausages? Tina has a very old grinder from her grandmother which she will be using for grinding the meat. A little involved recipe as the meat is ground but there is no end to the variety of sausages that can be made at home. Using four different seasonings, Tina came with sausages of 4 different flavors.
