Directions

GETTING READY
1. Soak the almonds in water for 8- 24 hours. Drain off the water.

MAKING
2. In Pro Juice extractor/ Blender, add the almonds and water. Blend.
3. Extract the milk into a jar. You ca also add a pear to the blender if desired.

SERVING
4. In a glass, pour the milk and serve it fresh.
